Paula Sayles is a long-time resident of Shawnee, Kansas. Besides freelance writing, blogging, and politics, her other interests include football, college basketball, ice hockey, alternative music, cooking and movies. She is an aspiring foodie, member of the Kansas City Barbecue Society and an integral part of the competitive barbecue team, Chubby's Award-Winning Barbecue.
She's a graduate of Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and currently holds an associates degree in paralegal studies from Johnson County Community College. She intends to get her Bachelors from KU in the future.
Paula previously worked at The Campus Ledger (Johnson County Community College) as a proofreader, editor and writer. She has interest in writing pieces politics, sports, restaurant reviews and a wide range of other topics.
